This summer I will again be hosting Klassisk på Kyssetrappen. Here I will present artist talks and concerts with my friends in the Royal Danish Orchestra and the Danish String Quartet in the coming weeks – as usual on the floating stage of Kyssetrappen, between sky and sea.
Before each show, I will do an introduction in a musical historical context and lead a half-hour artist talk with the main players at Ofelia Plads. Among other things, we will explore why, when and how the classical string ensemble became part of the folk music scene, and how that sounds today.
Throughout the summer, Jeudan A/S, Det Kongelige Teater and GoBoat arrange Klassisk på Kyssetrappen. Read the entire program at the link
